To Steal My Friend's Girlfriend

• THINK AND THEN RE-THINK. Remember this: once you start, there is no turning back. Relationships could be ruined and friendships could be wasted. So you better assess yourself first. Ask questions like, do I really have to steal my friend's girlfriend? Does she want me too? Is she worth all this risk? Would I really throw away my friend just to have her? What do I really want to achieve in doing this? Will this be good for me? Most of all, would I be happy when I go through with this?

• MAN TO MAN TALK. There has to be a reason why you want to steal your friend's girlfriend, it might be something that your friend did. Before doing anything, I suggest you talk this through with your friend. I am not asking you to tell him that you are going to steal his girl, I just need you to realize what you're about to do and you at least owe him a heads up. Try and be a friend to him first. Give him advice. If it doesn't work, start the plan.

• TIMING. Everything changes. Even relationships can end in a blink of an eye. The skills you must be able to utilize here are the ability to observe and the ability to recognize chances. You must be a keen observer and determine when something works and when it does not. Recognizing chances would also help you gain advantage in this game. It doesn't matter if it's big or small, when you have an opportunity to score points, do what you have to do. The goal is to score yourself points that would eventually tip the balance and get the girl you want to favor you.

Ways to Handle Workplace Romance

1) Start with a Harassment Prevention Policy.:A solid harassment prevention policy is the first line of defense. But the existence of a policy on its own is not enough. To be effective, a policy must clearly identify who is protected, explain conduct that is prohibited, and tell employees where to report problems and get help. Additionally, supervisors and managers need to know what to do with information or complaints they receive from their employees. And to make sure everyone knows the rules, employers must be sure each employee has a copy of the current policy and know who to ask when they have questions.

2) Training Requirements:Although federal law does not require harassment training, it is highly recommended and may provide an affirmative defense for the employer when challenged. Also, some states such as California do require harassment training, so insure you check your state requirements.

3) Train Everyone:Training lets employees know company standards, and it tangibly demonstrates the company's commitment. It is also a good opportunity to share information about the company and management. Taking steps to prevent unlawful harassment and discrimination can help the company avoid or reduce potential damages in litigation. It also reinforces to employees that the company takes the issue seriously.

4) Adopt a Conflict of Interest Policy:Employers can restrict relationships that can create an actual or potential conflict of interest, such as a relationship between a superior and a subordinate. In these situations, employers legitimately worry about the potential for the personal relationship to interfere with business judgment. For this reason, many employers' policies discourage or prohibit relationships that can cause this conflict. Such policies may also specify that employees are expected to disclose relationships that may create a conflict, so the employer can take appropriate action to address any potential conflict. Be aware of state laws that might prohibit strict non-fraternization policies.

Your lips should start out completely relaxed. A kissy face (or duck lips) is not relaxed. Your lips have a sphincteral muscle, the orbicularis oris, used when puckering up. A pucker is fine when you’re giving a platonic peck or a gratuitous kiss on the cheek. But we’re talking about making out.

If you want to stimulate your lover’s pituitary gland, don’t pucker until your lips are touching his/hers.

Ever wonder how couples lock lips? This occurs when two people respond to each other’s touch through their lips. When they are comfortable with each other, their body language mirrors one another subconsciously. Watch two people in conversation and you’ll often see their body positions reflecting each other. Locked lips also mirror touch and puckering.

Try this: Brush his/her lips with yours while they’re completely relaxed. Relax your neck muscles so that you’re like a bobble head. Okay, the imagery isn’t romantic, but that’s the gist of the movement. Believe me, as long as your head doesn’t bobble as if hitting a bump in the road, your partner won’t be thinking bobble head unless of course he or she reads this article, too.
